As a fully licensed independent Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO, I provide trauma‑informed psychotherapy for adults living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and women navigating mental health challenges across the lifespan.
My work focuses on creating a safe, steady environment where you can understand your symptoms, make sense of your emotional experiences, and build practical skills that support daily functioning. I translate complex mind‑body concepts into clear, accessible tools that help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control.
I bring years of experience supporting people through trauma, chronic stress, chronic pain, and major life transitions. My role is to offer a calm, compassionate space where meaningful change feels possible.
